Gadkari has said that the central government is promoting the use of alternative fuels like ethanol, CNG to reduce the import of fossil fuels.
New Delhi: Union Minister for Road Transport
and Highways Nitin Gadkari on Wednesday said
that the central government is continuously
working towards increasing the sales of electric
vehicles (EVs) in the country and electric
vehicles in the next two years. (Electric Vehicle)
prices will be reduced to equal to that of petrol
vehicles. Gadkari has said that the central
government is promoting the use of alternative
fuels like ethanol, CNG to reduce the import of
fossil fuels.
